Hi Karen, Just wanted to thank you again for the care and time you gave to me for our recent celebration, although by comparison to most of your events, it was small! Even so, your patience and enthusiasm made me feel that our party for 40 was as important as a party for 400! Your care and recall are amazing gifts, your selection terrific and your staff/drivers helpful and kind. If you want custom, you have to go to Details! I had this idea for my wedding, took it into them when the others guys told me it was impossible and you guys did it. The lighted tables were amazing! All I have to say is that you guys are the bomb! You went to the moon and back making my dream wedding a reality!

Let me tell you how great this family business is! My son's birthday party is in June and every year we rent from Details. June is one of their busiest months and they remember every year to call me when inventory starts being reserved for that weekend so I can reserve what I need for our little party. One year they called me in March to get a tentative order in just to ensure that I would have what I needed. Now that's great customer service! We have rented from them so many times they are like our second family!

I wanted to let you both know how helpful you were with my grand daughter's wedding. Denette, your ideas about the white chair ties for runners on the black table clothes really made everything look so elegant. Todd was so helpful and took time to explain everything to me when they delivered all the table and linens (which was not easy for him because I was so stressed that he had to explain it several times before I finally got it) but he did it with a smile on his face. I am so glad your company is in Bakersfield, you were both so cheerful and patient with us as we changed our minds over and over, and so easy to talk to, thank you so much for your kindness and your professionalism. Our guests were so impressed with everything from the nice china to the beautiful champagne flutes. And the linens were just beautiful! Nicely pressed and new looking. Thank you again for helping me give Ashley the wedding of her dreams. The smile on her face was priceless! I am so grateful that when I told a friend I was planning a wedding she suggested I call Details Party Rentals, actually she insisted! Telling me that they would simplify the planning; she was right! From the first call to the pick up of many things I rented, the Westbrook family handled my questions, concerns and requests with courtesy, efficiency and enthusiasm. I had never planned such a large event before and they helped me to figure out what I needed and how many of each item to reserve. They even came out to the wedding site at our home and made many suggestions on how to make the ceremony and reception go smoothly. Karen also looked into my daughter's choice of sites for the ceremony; a site I didn't think would work and explained how it was indeed the best place. That suggestion alone helped to make the wedding ceremony absolutely beautiful! Using Details for the wedding certainly made a big difference. While driving today I saw one of your delivery trucks which reminded me I needed to rent some things for a weekend graduation party coming up. Never having rented anything before I was surprised at how low cost it was. The fact that I could pick everything up the day before was such a huge help getting everything ready.
